"I was going to Dr Prochnow in Avalon May 2018, Florida office until last year. I had been seeing him over a course of 18 months and getting injections in my knee for osteoarthritis. It wasn't helping much so he suggested iovera. That worked great. As a matter of fact, l was able to walk again without pain. He said if worked we do it again in 4 months. So scheduled it and never recieved call to verify again. So was scheduled in Jan and May was hurting so much went in again. I brought up they never called to set exact day but month and he said bc lm only going to do for post knee but never called to inform me. Steroid shots did not work. So l again told him this. His reply was this, RUDELY. MAYBE IF YOU BOUGHT BETTER INSURANCE YOU COULD GET BETTER THINGS I CAN DO. bc he had mentioned shot that prob help but expensive. Hes full of himself and very rude. If l could afford better l would have had. Proves not all drs care. Obviously hes about $$$ and btw my insurance covered the iovera. He just didn't care. Worst and rudest Dr ever. If good insurance be ok but if not best, watch out."
