"I had an extremely disappointing experience with this practice. I specifically requested and paid for only an ultrasound, even canceling and rebooking my appointment to ensure I received just that, as they charged less for it than my previous appointment. However, they went ahead and performed an echocardiogram and other services without informing me that they don’t offer ultrasounds alone. This resulted in over $1,500 in charges. Despite their clear mistake, they refused to acknowledge it or provide any resolution. This level of incompetence or deceit is unacceptable. I strongly advise caution if considering this office."
