"In a massive amount of pain from colorectal issues, my normal doctor sent me to this place to be seen for a different procedure. After waiting for over an hour in the waiting room (Should have known better when there was a sign about long waits in the lobby), went back to be given the first time patient treatment, completely ignored what I had to say and the doctor rushed out without a complete exam. I then waited for 45 minutes for a nurse to come tell me something (while hearing them spend that whole time talking about their AirBNB and Vacation plans in the hallway), to the point I text my Husband about what I should do, and he ended up telling the front desk staff that I was stuck in the room. Dr. was supposed to prescribe some cream, after almost 2 weeks (and an ER visit for pain) she still hasn't called it in. But the best part, she called back later that day because she forgot to tell me about the side effects, or you know, listen. I called back to the office twice in the next two days (before going to the ER), and to this day still haven't gotten a call back from the office to address. I hate this place, and have found another provider who can handle the same procedure. I'd rather wait another 8 weeks then have to go to this office again for any reason."
