"I started seeing Dr. Van Der Wall in 2019 as a new patient after moving to the area. Dr. Van Der Wall took plenty of time and asked many questions about my health history to ensure that I was getting the best care. She is friendly, respectful, and knows her specialty. She even called me into the office when a diagnosis from a different Dr showed up on my records. The office staff however at Florida Cancer Specialist is dismal. I tried to make an appointment to discuss my medication at the advice of another physician and the office staff told me that "they don't do that". On a second occsasion, the same issue, the receptionist told me that I needed referrals, lab tests, and a diagnosis to make an appointment with a Dr where I'm already a patient. I would not recommend Florida Cancer Specialist to anyone for this reason. "
