"Provider staff needs to be managed better. If someone is waiting 45 minutes, management needs to step in and rearrange other providers scheduled to handle waiting patients waiting an extremely long time. If a provider is running seriously behind schedule a phone call, acknowledgement when signing into office should be a best practice. I do appreciate the person who greets patients with the long curly hair who recognized I was waiting so long that she went to talk to the PA who was to see me. However, when the Medical Assistant for the PA tells you that they are getting used to a new system instead of the PA was handling a medical emergency that put her behind schedule, that set me off. Medical Assistant could care less about my inconvenience but her own. Very unprofessional and she needs to develop her Customer Relations Skills.
