"Never in my life have I been treated so poorly at a doctors office. I came in because both of my parents passed from Heart attacks before 50 within the past 3 years and I was instructed by the M.E to go get checked by a cardiologist because my mothers condition was most likely genetic. Dr Crowley was so nasty from the time of walking in the door before even exchanging words with me. When I told him about why I was there he seemed Never in my life have I been treated so poorly at a doctors office. He said without any documentation from my mothers old doctor he can’t go off of my word of mouth and I seem like an otherwise normal healthy 30 year old. He refused to initially look at my mothers medical report until I practically begged him. Them he hesitantly said “ok then show me” with such hostility. It was at that point I decided to get up and leave. I come to a cardiologist appointment to check on my heart because I think it’s serious. You should be ashamed of yourself for how you treat patients. What if I collapsed and died next week because of your negligence and REFUSAL to take me seriously because I APPEARED to be a “normal, healthy 30 year old”. You are sick and you should be ashamed of yourself. Retire your license. irritated.
