General Dentists - Aurora, CO

" After mseeing Dr. Hao I had a crown done on my molar stating I wanted it to be gold like my other crowns. I got home and looked in the mirror to find a white crown. Twice now the crown has come off and Dr. Hao said if this happened again she would give me a gold one like I requested in the first place. On to the billing department. They kept sending me bills for what they said I owed. I checked with both insurance providers and with what they paid as well as what I paid I came to the conclusion that they owe me 753 dollars. I called Jessica 3 or 4 times and asked to be put in touch with their billing person. She said she would have them contact me and they never did. I then spoke with the office manager Anna and she said she wound put in a audit on the account that had been sent to collections. Still no word from them that was 2 1/2 weeks ago. I pay my bills but not on their word. All I ask is that they show me where I owe them but there has been zero response so I guess I will have to take legal action How do I owe you 6 or 700 dollars. "

"My partner loves this dentist, so I decided to give it a try and I wasn't disappointed. I wanted to see if they provided coverage for my insurance and they did, and they made an appointment for me on the spot - very efficient. The office and staff are so friendly, and I have to say, the owner's dog has the best bedside manner out of all of them but I am biased because she is an adorable and curious dog. Communication is great on their end, and I feel like this place is underrated, so that's why I'm giving them a detailed review. Definitely recommend this place."
