"Urologist specialist 1330W Covina Bld ste 104 San Dimas, California 91773 Attention Dr. Choe Chung, I am writing to you this letter to complaint about the unsatisfactory service that I received as a new patient at your clinic on 9/27/2021. Dr. Sung Choe MD Office in San Dimas. First, I had to wait 1 ½ hour in the lobby even though I arrived before my appointment. What is the whole point of making appointment if the patient is forgotten? Second, I found your front window clerk (MA) to be very rude. When I approached the window and questioned that I had not been called. The medical assistance offensively stated that “it is my responsibility to tell her when I was ready”. What a disappointment, patients always have to pay the high price even with their lives for the disrespect of others. I hope that Dr. Sung Choe finds my review and corrects his clinic work ethics, as this was a waste of my time and not a normal style of communication. I find it hard to believe that you would knowingly employ such an unprofessional medical assistant clerk to represent your office. Cordially, Elizabeth Duarte "
