"When I made an appointment I was told that they could only schedule my xrays and my cleaning would be scheduled after the doctor decided my treatment plan. I thought this was somewhat strange, but still booked my appointment. Well I show up to my appointment and I waited 20 mins pass my appointment to be taken back for xrays then another 10-15 mins for the doctor, where she spent less than 10 mins examining my teeth and then telling me that I needed a deep cleaning, even though I had one 6 months ago at another dentist. The office looks also dirty, with old equipment and rips in the office chair. Fast forward 2+ weeks after my appointment, when it's time to schedule my cleaning, I was told that I can't get a regular cleaning and my only option would be a deep cleaning maintenance which is based on my treatment plan that the dentist has provided. Then when i refused to do this treatment, I was told to change dentists since they will not do a regular cleaning and I must do the treatment plan. "
