"Dr Davis has been our family physician for > 25 years, and he is fantastic. Whether I see him for preventative care, or see one of his associates when I need a more urgent appointment, they are attentive, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. Dr Davis is also great with follow up letters or calls about results, and recently called me to see if I had recovered from an illness. The staff is professional and able to get authorizations quickly. The facility is clean and modern with a lab onsite and an xray facility in the same building. I would (and have) recommended him to anyone I know that needs a primary care doctor. "

"Super disappointed! My insurance changed so I signed up under Dr. Bethany Gray. I went in to meet her and establish care. I also see another doctor that doesn't take insurance. This doctor always wants to see routine lab work. I told Dr. Gray and she said it was no problem to order routine lab work and to just get the order from the other doctor and fax it to her office. She said she will order what she agrees with and is routine lab work (so my insurance would cover it). That was totally ethical and reasonable to me. I'll pay cash for lab work she doesn't want to order. I followed through and got the lab order from my other doctor and sent it to Dr. Grays office. After a week, faxing it twice, a few calls to the office I get a message that Dr. Gray can't do anything because this is an order from another doctor. Apparently our whole conversation and reason for my visit was forgotten. It was like she completely forgot what we discussed in our appointment. I'm totally confused and relayed all this to the office staff. They were always nice and as helpful as they could be. No complaints with them. I think I'll switch doctor (sigh) again, because I'm at a total loss as to what happened and don't feel confident in her quality of care. What a waste of time and money. This is EXACTLY why I pay cash to see a doctor that treats our time with great concern and care, which seems hard to find through my Aetna HMO insurance. "
