Dermatopathologists - Berkeley, CA

"Checked into office 15 minutes prior to appointment after office re-scheduled me due to their issue. Only one other person in the lobby at the time. Desk area was messy, disarray and files all over. Not very helpful. Staff then mentioned I would be next. Few other people come in and obviously know the staff. They take them back to be seen while I still wait. After 45 minutes I'm taken to next stage and patient room. Wait another 30 minutes. Staff member opens door and says sorry wrong room. After 30 min. I ask whats going on. They say I have to wait they forgot and now their working on another patient. I get up and leave. They have the balls to ask me if they could re-schedule me later in the week. What a joke - like none of us have anything else to do but wait 1 hr. and 15 min. to look at a spot on my face. If you value your time - don't go here. "
