"This office needs a lot of improvement. The urgent care is fine, assuming you're okay with always seeing a nurse practitioner instead of a physician. Getting appointments for care is virtually impossible, as they only see patients on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Otherwise, they send you to urgent care. The doctor, Mary, is NEVER in the office. I saw her there once, probably six years ago. Otherwise, she's always at the hospital. The practitioners are decent, but a little lacking in bedside manner sometimes. The administrative staff, while perfectly pleasant, have a history of neglecting to document when a payment is made. Always keep your receipts here. Overall, come here if you need urgent care. Find another primary care place."
